• Mr. Lenz is a lecturer in M&A at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, Frankfurt/Main
(Germany).
As one of the first universities in Germany, the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management offers a portfolio of Master’s programmes that are either specialised study programmes leading to a Master of Science (M.Sc.) or general management-oriented
programmes leading to a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or to a Ph.D.
The "Master of Mergers & Acquisitions (LL.M.)" programme, which
started in November 2005, is a 24 months-course in M&A-Law and
M&A-Finance which brings best practices to lawyers (from leading law firms) and
to businessmen (from financial advisory firms, investment banks, audit and
consulting firms).
Since 2006, Mr. Lenz is responsible for seminars on « M&A in France ».
